This track conrtains Course 103: Legal Frameworks in a Global Context and Course 104: Global IP Portfolio Management with focus on navigating and managing legal frameworks for brand protection
Learning Objectives:
- List the various types of intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights, relevant to brand protection.Identify basic types of intellectual property protections, as well as infringements and violations by bad actors that brands face.
